I had my valid passport — an internationally recognized form of ID — and still got denied entry. No real reason given. Just a blunt “no,” followed by a smirk and a tone that made it clear they thought they could treat people however they wanted.nnWhen I calmly asked why, the staff doubled down — talking down to me, raising their voice, and even borderline yelling. It went from disappointing to downright humiliating. Being spoken to like you’re less than human just for trying to enter a venue? Absolutely disgusting.nnThis isn’t just bad service — it’s disrespect, plain and simple. There are plenty of bars and clubs that treat people with basic decency. This one clearly isn’t one of them. I’d suggest spending your money somewhere that values customers instead of tearing them down at the door.

hey! I was here with my boyfriend and friend bar hopping - we had the best time there! The bartenders Amy, Jack, and the guy in the Australia shirt were amazing and so friendly, they asked their manager Kelsey to come by and promo us some shots, she was so sweet! we only had 20 minutes to catch the fireworks but we will be back this weekend!
i thought bartenders and bouncers are supposed to make sure ur safe if they send you out but no. definitely teach bouncers to call taxi if they think a girl is to drunk. no care at all from anyone there. definitely should read the preserve manual again or retrain your staff to properly care for customers.
