The zoo is usually a place just for kids. This zoo has a bit for everyone , young and old. The animals are amazing. Everyone that goes here will have a great time. Just be careful what time you come because it can be a good time or rush hour and parking could be a problem. The price of admission is pretty on par or even cheaper then some other zoo's. I would definitely recommend this zoo for anyone looking for a fun time.

I feel sorry for the animals in the zoo. Most of the enclosures feel small and out dated. However they seem to be slowly updating some areas. The the arctic zone, and the rainforest house are two of the new updated areas. The animals there seemed happy. The otters also seem to enjoy there habitat. The food areas when I was there were mostly closed as I visited in the off season or off peek hours. The last stop on the way out is the gift shop, which as you would expect, is high priced.

What a beautiful zoo. Animals have a lot of room. Grounds are groomed and clean. Lots of rest spots for a break. Food and drink available. More bees than I have ever seen in one place, though!

I love the zoo. They have made vast improvements to the enclosures and are still doing amazing work. Always a great time walking around for the day and taking in all the animals

What a great place to walk around on a sunny day. It’s like taking you kids to the part except their large and small animals there. The staff there are very nice and helpful. Membership fees are definitely worth the price. Taking our friends, family, and out of town guests there is always a treat that they never forget.
