This is a great place for sharing! The Korean cauliflower was packed full of flavours and lightly battered. Mushroom risotto was delicious and the Brussels sprouts was caramelized perfectly with maple bacon. My main was the bison shortribs and came with the creamed potatoes with duck fat. I loved it except the sauce was on the saltier side. Everything else was just flavourful and I can’t say enough about the service. What a wonderful spot in Whistler.
3 out of 5 overall experience. Our server was great he was very friendly and attentive. The appetizer hummus with bread was absolutely delicious my wife and I enjoyed it very much. But the main entrees for myself and my wife were mediocre and lacked in flavor. I had the seafood risotto which tasted very bland and didn't have a lot of lobster in it. My wife had the vegan cauliflower Korean bites which had a weird off putting taste to them. The overall vibe was okay. I would personally not recommend this place to a family or friend.
Wow! Our evening at Brickworks was amazing. Right from the start, the place felt welcoming and comfy. Our waitress Lucy was a real superstar. She was super quick and always knew just what we needed. We dropped a fork, and before we could even look around for a new one, she was right there with a replacement. Like within 15 seconds of it hitting the floor, It was almost like magic! The food was the real deal. I had the pork chop and it was so, so good - one of the best I've had. My wife had the half chicken and she loved it too. All in all, if you're in Whistler, you've got to check out Brickworks. Seriously, it's a must-visit! Two thumbs up from us.
The Brickworks is a fun spot in the Whistler village, they have a nice selection of cocktails and gastropub food. My family enjoyed the grazing board which has meat, cheeses and various other tidbits. Service was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Would not recommend bringing children too late in the evening as it fills up with partygoers.
Our family of five visited during happy hour. Our server was very attentive and patiently introduce me to the variety and differences of the gin that they have to offer. I ended up choosing the flight which was a great way to start for someone who is near to gin like myself. The food was of good quality. Our favourites included the brussel sprouts, potatoes, and muscles. My favourite was the duck confit salad. The Korean fried cauliflower was a bit mushy. We enjoyed our time. They had a ton of gin cocktails, if I had another day I would come back to try more.
Enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner here a little while ago. The place has a great vibe to it and the servers are great. I recommend sampling through the cocktails. Food was very delicious.Food: 5/5

Toby was an amazing server super friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed his recommendations. The cauliflower bowl was amazing, to be honest all the food was great we all really enjoyed it. An amazing selection of Gins too, got to be the favourite place we have visited in Whistler. Thanks again Toby for your amazing service.Recommended dishesMushroom Risotto
Came for the happy hour, but decided on a flight of gin. Loved choosing from all the options. Friendly and good service. Really enjoyed our drinks outside in the sun.Service: 5/5
Pricey place whose food and drinks live up to the expectation. I ordered duck and my friends ordered the bison. The duck was really tender and juicy with nice marbles of fat and a simple seasoning to really elevate the flavor. Risotto was creamy and delicious. Vegetables were cooked to perfection and tasted great with the risotto’s cream and juice of the duck running onto them. Javier’s Farewell is a delicious drink for people who don’t like alcohol with coconut and cocoa masking the taste of gin. Ambience and staff were excellent too
