Bought a new mattress for a spare room and the owner was very helpful in helping us pick a good value priced mattress. I did my furniture shopping here. Dot was kind and patient enough with me. He helped me get the perfect items for my home. I enjoy shopping at the brick. I’d love it if the prices were cheaper but it’s the best place to shop in Slave Lake!
The staff at the Slave Lake Brick are totally amazing. We live in High Level but purchased our furniture from Slave Lake. We had to do a warranty claim recently. Terry and Sherry were so helpful. Highly recommend this store!!

Dot provided great customer service, he allowed me to shop and when I needed help he was quick to assist me. He went the extra mile helping me load a small item to my vehicle.

I purchased a mattress in Edmonton at the end of November. I was told it would be shipped to the slave lake location & I would be contacted when it was in. The date for pick up was December 13th but would be no later then the 18th. Well I called on Monday the 23rd to the Edmonton location To see what was up. Was told it was in slave lake. Today is the 27th and still no call. I’m very unhappy. Slave lake should be contacting people when there already prepaid product is in. Very unprofessional. Nothing even offered to compensate the unsatisfying NO COMMUNICATION.
I called The Brick in Slave Lake, AB. this afternoon. Terry answered my call. He was very efficient, pleasant, and easy to deal with. I got some great deals, too!! I strongly recommend Terry and The Brick in Slave Lake if you are looking great quality and great prices
