Overall fantastic team. From start to finish a painless process. Chad and his team did a great job. I’ll be buying my next vehicle from them. I really can’t say they could do anything to improve the experience. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure things where done right and quickly. PS: Their service department is also fantastic.

Amazing service. Very relaxed atmosphere. They understood exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for, for less than what I was planning on spending. The salesman , Keith, was very knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. We didn't have to wait and we never felt rushed. My 3 year old even got a model car out of the deal that he know sleeps with.

I was driving through on my way to Peace River on the Friday of the September long weekend when 25 kms from Slave Lake my vehicle started to act up. I pulled into SL Ford just before 5 on Thursday. The technicians were just leaving for the day but one stayed late to check out my vehicle and diagnose the problem. I had to rent a vehicle to continue on my way as my vehicle needed a repair. All the people that helped me that evening went above and beyond. Between me needing to rent a vehicle, have my vehicle diagnosed and arrange to have it fixed I was there until after closing time. Not once did any staff members make me feel like I was inconveniencing them and they rushed the part so I would be able to have my vehicle when I returned on my way home on Monday, which was a statutory holiday hence them rushing the part so my vehicle could be fixed Saturday. I was treated with respect and the staff was very understanding and lowered my stress level. Mere words cannot convey my gratitude to all who helped me out! I have nothing but praise for all who helped me. I would not hesitate to recommend SL Ford to anyone whether it be for maintenance or to rent a vehicle. Thank you again!

Renee was great. She got me back on the road within 3 days of my insurance claim being finalized. On budget and with winter tires. I love my Focus.
