The Brick - Regina

Our washing machine broke down recently. We visited the Brick Victoria East location and dealt with Christopher Hingston. He was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and found us a machine that best suited our needs. They had the lowest price and the fastest delivery. We had it delivered within 2 days and they even took our old machine away. Highly recommend to visit them on Victoria East.

I've made two purchases here so far. I found salespersons friendly and reasonable. So far happy from the sales staff and pricing they offer.

I went to this location to buy a new washer and dryer, after my washer quit after I bought it 6 years prior from the brick. I stood looking at the machines for 15 minutes before a sales representative asked if I needed help, then said he would send someone right over so I waited for another 15 minutes with no help. I ended up walking out. Figured I'd give them one more chance so I called there to see if I could purchase it over the phone and they wouldn't allow that either. Not only that but they claim you get your money back If you don't end up using your waranty. False information, don't fall for that trick, it expires 3 months after it is expired, with no notifications or anything. I personally will never step foot in this store again. And I'd advise no one else to.

Bought a Samsung curved 4K tv from there. I also got the extended warranty. Something happened to my tv and it got damaged but my warranty was covered and tv got fixed 100%. I also was very impressed by the friendly customer service I received from one of their employees Andrew. He greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable about their products. Happy customer A+++

If you want to buy tension, I will strongly recommend to buy any product from Brick within few month you will be in the store for claim. Their customer service and managers will deal you like you did a great mistake to become there customer. Today on April 01/17, I went to Bricks store around 4 pm. Reason of my visit to inquire about a matter. Matter was in the month of September 2016, I ordered a product. I was expected to be in store within 10 days in store for pick up. After 7 days I cancelled my order and confirmed by customer representative that my order was cancelled. On March 26/17, I got a call from TD finance with a news that I didn't made payment for the product which was cancelled in the month of September 2016. I informed complete situation to that representative that order was cancelled by me and I didn't picked that product. Conclusion it took 2- 3 days, I contact different representatives . Today, I went to there store located on East end of Regina SK, I met manager and explained the situation . I was surprise to listen his answer . He said that I was my responsibility to inform store , If it shows on my monthly statement. I said to him that I didn't received any statement . He said , If you didn't received any statement it was your responsibility to contact TD finance. I replied to the manager, according to me that product order was cancelled then why there was need of statement that why I didn't expected any statement. Instead of apologies, he was rude and his behavior was awful . I ended my conversation by saying "It was really my fault" I bought product from Bricks; it was my assumption that Brick is a reputed store and there customer services would be best . I was wrong, I never recommend to buy tension from Bricks. I also submitted a claim for my Sofa set which was bought by them almost 6 months ago....................Hopefully, it will be also a bitter experience .
