The front desk personal were excellent. We were from out of province and had left early for Regina in anticipation of reported back roads. We arrived early prior to regular check. They accommodated us very with an upgrade at no charge. Very polite, friendly, and empathetic of our situation. The rooms are lovely, clean and quiet. Took advantage of attached Denny's. With eye surgery was great
Stayed 4 nights on bussiness. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Can tell it was just renovated. Affordable. Clean pool and clean hot tub. Work out area is good for 4 people at once. Conference centre had good space and clean.nI would come back when passing through again.
No complaints about the hotel.nHaven't stayed at a Sandman hotel in years. Don't know why not. We thought we would stay here as we thought about eating at Denny's for breakfast the next morning so we didn't have to walk outside nor drive there. All that we needed to do is walk from our room straight to Denny's without needing to put on a jacket . We had a great night. Great stay! Mazhar the hotel manager was great to deal with. We asked for a king bed. We were treated like a king and queen. Thanks again for the great service and treatment you gave us! We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!
Every thing is nice and organized. Vivek the housekeeping really good worker. Very friendly and smiling. I like the vibes. Keep it up. The hotel needs a people like him. Very hands on. Hardworking person. We will back at this hotel next time again. Good Job Everyone
The hotel staff went over and above to make sure my stay was a good experience! Jacqueline the sales manager was so very helpful with any questions i had as well as the front desk staff. Adele with house keeping went over and above to accommodate my schedule and she cleaned my room spotless! Very impressed!nThank you Jacqueline and Adele!
