Location is great, right beside the Trans Canada Highway but far enough away that noise isn't an issue.nFront desk staff is attentive and friendly. I received a much appreciated free room upgrade.nRooms are clean, modern and well maintained. Beds are comfortable.nThere is a 24 hour Denny's Restaurant attached and a Moxie's restaurant and bar about 10 steps away. This place has it all!
I had a wonderful stay at sandman hotel Regina and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I spent a couple of days here and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile.nnMy room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept peacefully each night. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, it felt cozy and modern at the same time.nnThe location is convenient, close to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast, pool, or fitness, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Room was nasty. Shares a parking lot with a lot of drunks. Front desk was ... Interesting. Maybe overwhelmed. It's a chaotic entryway.nnServices were overall poor. If you are here to party and maybe get away with smoking in your room, it's fine. For the weary traveler to rest your head, I hope you like having your skull rattled by ancient HVAC systems that rattle louder than a Metallica concert.nnIt's sort of like a dive bar vibe
I’m disappointed. I booked my room with this hotel specifically based on the room descriptions that state a ‘tub with shower’ and the photos that clearly show a bathtub. When I checked in I was told I had been upgraded but I wasn’t worried because the website showed that these rooms had tubs as well. I dropped off my bags and went out to an event for the evening. When I came back to the room I found out that there was only a shower. I went down the the desk and asked if I could be downgraded back to the original room that I had booked but I was told that they didn’t have bathtubs either and something about the first and second floors. I was confused because I didn’t really care what floor I was on, I just wanted a room with a bathtub. So I asked if I could pay extra to be switched to any room with a bathtub. I was told no, that I only could have done that at the check in time. The website really shouldn’t list ‘tub with a shower’ as a feature of the rooms if only some rooms have them and it isn’t specified when you book. Other than that everything was great, the room was clean, it was quiet and comfortable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The lobby was spacious, beautifully designed, and gave a very welcoming vibe as soon as I walked in. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Overall, both the room and lobby made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.
