We had very great service from Richard. Rico He helped me furnish my bnb. Some of the pictures are of the stuff we got home and set up, others are pictures that I took in the store, because they were beautiful pieces for a great price
I love a good deal and this place has some good items for incredible prices. Frank helped us with our purchase which took us a while to decide and finalize but was friendly and helpful the entire way. He was always eager to help even when we came in day after day changing our order. Frank was very informative of the product we were looking at and allowed us the space and time to figure everything out. If you come out to the outlet on the West Side, Frank is your guy!
Great selection and affordable pricing. Dealt with Fatima and she was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. She helped us pick the best furniture for our needs and got us the best pricing that we've seen city-wide. Would definitely come back to see her!
Rico was super friendly and showed us exactly what we were looking for! It was refreshing to not be brought to 80 couches but rather to the best choices for what we needed. 10/10 would recommend, tell him what u need and he will help you find it. He also has a great tie!
We had great service from Fatima. She was very kind, helpful and had a lot of patience. Highly recommended her in helping you find your furniture. The only problem we had was at the end when we came to buy our stuff, the general manger was very very rude, he had a very bad attitude.
The brick was opened for furniture Shopping when we visited, didn't get what we were looking for at the time but there were varieties of lovely furnitures on Sale at the time we visited. Visited again, found more Furnitures on sale this time around and also discovered they have home appliances section. Ended up shopping some cool lovely leather Furnitures.

Rico was great to deal with and patient as we browsed with our young children. Thanks to his efficient assistance we were able to find a new living room set with same day pickup and excellent pricing. I have been a dedicated and loyal Brick customer for over 12 years. Other furniture stores fail to compete with the pricing and experience that The Brick offers.
Our representative was Fatima and she was very polite and gentle. She really helped us with her kind and generous nature helped us by having an amazing deal. She gave us the best service we ever had in brick.
Had a great time discussing all things furniture on Labour Day weekend. Rico was an excellent assistant who answered all our questions. We left happy with some clearance barstools. The family owned personal touch is still alive and strong
