This was a 4 star review. It is now 2 stars. My furniture arrived on the 30th, I came on December 3rd to ascertain its location & pick it up. 1 piece was at the proper location but the other piece was supposedly in north Edmonton. When I tried to get the address I was then told it was on a truck, it would be a 2 hour wait, sorry about that. Truck has been here for over 30 minutes, no one has called me and I'm sincerely regretting this purchase.

This is nice place if you looking for variety and quality. We purchased a bed from here and got it at a good price, also was available to be delivered by 2 weeks. There's good options available here and the staff is helpful. I loved the entrance where the history is put up, I really find it very engaging as the company I previously worked with also placed a lot of emphasis on making the customers aware of the company's history.

I payed $418.95 for Belgrade 68" TV Stand - Brown just for it to come destroyed from the inside where the drawers go. I’m beyond upset, I honestly want a refund. I plan on throwing it away due to the drawers not opening and being supported. I didn’t get insurance because it was not offered upon checkout. Please contact me to make things right Leon’s. Update: I called Customer Service and they offered me compensation of $40. This is still not okay. I’d be satisfied with $75 compensation and 20% off my next purchase. Never coming here again!

Went into Leon's for the first time to look for a sofa and love seat. While looking around, Harvey offered to assist me. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me two very good options that would work for my home. I returned a week later after I decided which set I wanted. Throughout the whole process, Harvey was very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Harvey to family and friends. Received the couches yesterday and I'm very happy with them. The delivery guys were great. Love the delivery notifications letting me know when they would arrive.

Regarding: salesman Harvey S. Parhar The other week we purchased a sectional and fire table from Leon’s. The products were as is and we liked them. Seem like good quality and looking forward to enjoying them. I come from a customer service background and I thought my words should be known about Harvey. We were greeted by salesman “Harvey”. He was polite and personable. He let us come to him. He answered a few questions I had and was very honest and wanted us to get a product we would like. Throughout the process he was professional, non aggressive and easy to talk to. He explained everything thoroughly and checked in on a few things on Leon’s inventory for us. He really did go out of his way and made our experience shopping at Leon’s such a pleasant one. I highly recommend seeing Harvey if you’re planning on going to Leon’s. Approachable, personable and friendly! Thank you.

The sale that was on for dining room sets were too good to pass up, however the sale price has not been worth the headache and hassle this purchase has given us. My wife bought a dining room set that was stocked in a different store 3 hours away. 3 weeks later and no delivery, not even a call or email, informing us the status of the dining room set. My wife called the store and was informed that our purchase would be delivered in 2 days time. Exactly one week later, still no delivery, my wife called to cancelled our purchase. Shockingly our dining room set was quickly delivered. After a month with no dining room set, it was delivered. We had purchased for the assembly as a military member away from home, I wanted to make things easier for my wife. The delivery people informed my wife that they only deliver, a third party will call and arrange a time to come assemble it. This was something that Leon's never disclosed to us at the time of the purchase. This store has terrible customer service and would recommend people to make their purchases at structube or Ashley's furniture. Their customer service was top notch

They have a range of furniture in ranges of prices to suit. Most people. I like being able to walk through the showroom and enjoy looking at all the items without being bothered. And when I have questions, they certainly help out. I bought a dining room set and a matching server and as soon as the products were in I was notified and they delivered them quite nicely.

Bought a Bedframe that arrived as a box of broken and snapped pieces. Horrible customer service won't give any straight answers on my replacement or delivery despite multiple calls and emails. I was told I would be called back and never was. Hugely disappointed.

First experience was very good but something has happened. Bought a second round of goods from this store and 3 of 4 items were damaged. Sales people great! Service has been difficult and Leon's seems to forget we have spent lots of money at the store. Seriously thinking of changing where I shop. Step up Leon's!

We had a very successful visit and we bought all what we needed for our new home… it was the right choice… the sales representative Ahmed outstanding and patient with us…I would like to also mention the 2 delivery guys, word won’t express enough how great they were, they were careful of our house walls and other fixtures; they were nothing short of outstanding. the store all what you need for your new home…. Kudos!
