I'm not a coffee drinker so this is more of a bike shop for me. Adam is always super helpful and knowledgeable. I've always found what I need here and the prices have been good. They operate on the Mantra that bikes are so much more than just a form of transportation, more of a heeler of mental and sometimes physical ailments and try to gently push for the masses to ride. The world is a slightly better place each time they're successful. Bikes are life.
Very friendly staff as always. One of my fav spot in town for a Chai latte and sandwiches. Highly recommended
First time here and I ordered the chai latte w/ oat milk for $7. Very disappointing as it was very watered down, had to throw it away after a couple sips. Vibes inside were cool though.
The best flat white I've had since returning to Canada from over seas. The effort put in to each cup of coffee is definitely noted as they weigh each shot and have great attention to detail. Will definitely return before leaving Ontario.
Tuned my bike beautifully for a 5 day 300 km tour on rail trails between Napanee and Ottawa, including two days touring the paved system within Ottawa. Specialized tires, grips, pedals, all round clean and tune, good tire pressure recommendation. Made all the difference as the intense heat and humidity made each day an interesting challenge while carrying camping gear and extra water on trails that changed from smooth to rough, often. Thank you for your part in a wonderful trip.
The Brake Room is the best. Great people. Best oat milk cappuccinos and breakfast sandwiches in the area by far. This is a hidden gem in Belleville. Owners are the awesome too. Dietary restrictions: Lots of options.
The coffee place to be in Belleville! They are also the best friend to your bike : Friendly baristas will serve you very good coffee and other hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks as well as beer and good foods on Friday evening in the winter months, doughnuts on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays - most of those foods and drinks are rather local and definitely delish. The owners and their employees will chat with you and will make you come back! The place is 100% children and also dog friendly.
Good coffee, their supplier is the well known pilot coffee roaster! They also have a selection of donuts and other treats ! The service is a bit slow considering that there is only one staff and it can get busy !
The reviews did not disappoint. This place is fantastic! And their choice of coffee roasters is the best we’ve found in Ontario. Not to mention the delightful treats available on the side! We loved our while experience. Great service, great atmosphere even on a rainy day, and great food and drink!
Fantastic unique Coffee & Breakfast on Sundays. Keep coming back to the Brake Room. Very pleasant relaxed atmosphere, very good coffee and you may want to enjoy Friday evenings and Sunday brunch pop-up meals. Delicious. .... and they sell and services bicycles as well - and they know their stuff.
