Hello!

The Bowl is a fast causal one dish concept, Yes, yes, you read that right, we only offer one dish.
Delicious and nutritious, The Bowl offers a whole meal that happens to be vegetarian, gluten free, nut free, hydrogenated oil free and can be vegan.
Our Kiki sauce (totally addictive) is homemade right down to the toasting of our own spices. It is then served over brown rice, beans, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocado, cilantro and topped with house roasted crispy chickpeas.

We got ya covered, no pesky lunch decisions to be made!

A bunch of amazing flavours in one bowl!
The bowl at The Bowl is fine. Brownie was super delicious. Is one menu item enough to keep bringing me back? Probably not. And I also find it super weird that the owner replies to almost every review on here. Like, I get it, you want to engage with customers, but it's a little overboard.
That’s one good bowl. I’d definitely have it again that was awesome. Nice dude working there too, all the products are biodegradable too!
Just had the bowl as part of office lunch delivery thing....Absolutely amazing. I try to stick to low carb but once in a while you just have to say what the hell.....Worth every atom of carbohydrate. I will do as many extra sit ups as it takes to earn another one...

Great food for the soul. A simple restaurant which does one thing very well- bowls. Healthy and tasty, I recommend this to anybody who needs a quick meal.
Crisp, clean and casual environment with friendly service! The food is healthy, unique and amazing with such a great flavour profile. My wife is a Celiac vegetarian and this is her new favourite place to eat. They can do vegan bowls as well! Everyone should try The Bowl!!
