I had to wait close to an hour for x-ray of my hand. I didn't think that was too bad. The technician was very friendly and the x-ray itself literally too minutes. I received the results from my doctor about 5 hours later. I was pleased with the service provided.
Outstanding customer service and ultrasound experience. My technician I’ve had many times and she’s compassionate, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I would recommend the boardwalk true north for sure! Thanks for all you do!
Quick and pleasantnI asked if I could sign in and come back at a certain time, and they kindly shared that I should be back in half an hour. When I came back it was maybe 10 minutes of waiting to get in. Couldn’t have been better!
Took a chance and just walked in right after getting the paperwork from the Doctor up on the 2nd floor.nnThe receptionist was very understanding when I couldn't find my actual health card but I was able to lift my details off another document and I was called in within 10 to 15 minutes.nnThe X ray tech was very pleasant and demonstrated exactly how I should stand for each picture he took of my knee.nnI know that such quick service is unusual - normally this office is full so i guess I just arrived at the right time and I truly appreciate how well they treated me...
