The food and the staff are great. Such a fun place to be. Very comfortable and a beautifully cared for historic building.
When in Alpena, check out this fun pub. Fashioned after an English pub, it has the pub fare to match. Large battered fish portions in the fish and chips as well as home made potato chips and a great selection of brews on tap as well as local brews. Great atmosphere and friendly people.
Mozzarella sticks and the fish and chips. SO good. Fried perfectly. Yummy coleslaw and fries too. Friendly staff...social distancing...the whole package!
Bartender was very friendly and my French Dip was delicious will definitely be back when in town.
The expanded tap selection is nice. The service is always great. The menu a bit limited, especially during Covid-19.
