Food is cooked / prepared right in front of you in a clean well organized area. The place is right on the river just below the damn with the Dalles Mountain hills in the distance. It is a health club and medical building so it makes sense that the food is healthy too. The soups in the refrigerator are always delicious. The smoothies are great and they have a selection of other healthy drinks plus the usual coffee or wine.

Walked in and before we turned the corner, wonderful smells wafting down the hallway enticed us to continue into the bistro. Great atomosphere, very clean and tidy. We were greeted by friendly staff offering us a place to sit and a menu. This is the place you want to be today--everyday!

Terrible service...and multiple health violations between handling cash and then handling food without gloves, etc...
