WOW doesn’t doesn’t even begin to explain the delectable dining experience at The Bison! Absolutely amazing food, every single bite was like tasing heaven on a plate and the service was excellent! I would seriously eat here every night if I could.
The restaurant deserves to be with the best. The food was amazing every dish and recommendation was absolutely perfect. I would recommend the scallops and the trio if available. Great wine list as well and the staff was outstanding.
Loved the atmosphere, safety measures, service, and of course the Bison was delicious. Good selection of wines.
Great service! I loved the Equinox Sour cocktail. We had the escargot & bone marrow, elk tartare & bison ricotta.
This restaurant was fantastic definitely one of the best places to eat in Banff. Service was great food was delicious. Highly recommend trying the scallops appetizer and the escargot.
Took my wife here for her birthday, we ended up with a bison meat and veggie platter on the recommendation of our server , it was phenomenal. The service was great, he was friendly , knowledgeable and was able to ensure my wife got a great mock tail of his own creation
