Nicest guy ever. Honest, punctual and good quality work. I have used quite a few bike shops but biketoons (closed) and bike joint are my favourite bike shops. The guy surprises me with his amazing gesture towards all his customers every time I go there. You know he will never rip you off and would give a value for money service. I really hope his business flourishes as he really deserves it. Very reasonable prices in the city too. You don't see people like him now a days

Excellent bike repair shop. No nonsense repairs and the owner is an honest person who is really helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

My favourite place to fix my bike. Derek (the owner) is a great guy. He is always friendly, proffesional and very helpful!

Derek is the bomb! I brought both of my bikes this year to the Bike Joint for tune ups and repairs. The prices are insanely reasonable, and Derek is super accommodating. He's done several adjustments on my Supercycle since the tune up, and even fixed a leaking tire for free. I am so BLESSED to have this bike shop at the end of my street. Great work, great prices, great atmosphere, great communication 5 star ratings all around. The Bike Joint rocks! :)

Best service I have had in the city. Great work, and I usually get more than what I paid for. Worth driving across with city for!
