The food is great. Selection is an issue as they only offer certain meals certain days but everything is delicious. I make it a point to eat here when I'm in town.

Absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful ribs. They sell fresh, uncooked cuts of meat to prepare at home. Compatible prices. If your a meat lover, this place is a must to frequent on a regular basis

Service and food are awesome. This guy knows his stuff. Bacon brisket ribs and the cowboy beans second to none. If you are looking for a snack a meal or something to cook at home this is the place. Don't miss out on the good stuff.

Always excellent food. The lunch specials are great and the owners are very nice welcoming people. If you leave there hungry or unsatisfied, you're doing it wrong.

Love the ribs, and cowboy beans. I absolutely do not like the coleslaw, weird cream base, and mushy bacon are not appetizing at all. They have a huge selection of meat from speciality brats to speciality summer sausage. I'll definitely be back to buy meat! p.s. they do not have a full menu, it's one or two daily special's with whatever side's are available.
