DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Food was good service at the counter was good, the young gal at the counter told us that she would be locking the door in a bit but we were able to eat in. Half way though our meal someone from the kitchen came out and told us we had to leave because the eat-in area was closed. I waitressed for years and NEVER asked a paying costumer to leave while there was food in front of them. I thought it was done very rudely and why push costumers out we while the drive up is still open for as another hour

We used the drive thru 3/22/25 on a busy afternoon. The food was great with amazing customer service!

They say their grill is broke but then the next day works just fine. If you come close to close you will not get serviced. It's a hit and miss if they want to make your food or make up some poor excuse to not have to make it. Just save your time and go some where else that actually wants your business.

This DQ is under new ownership since last summer. 100% improvement! Friendly staff, excellent service, & much better product.

Got a blizzard a waited 20 minutes for it to arrive like soup. There is no way it would go upside down and not spill all over the floor! Sorry I didn’t take a picture but trust me when I say they should have handed me a straw!
