DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Came there to order a blue raspberry freeze and a rootbeer freeze. They asked if the blue raspberry freeze had the ice cream mixed and i said yes. Didn't ask about the rootbeer freeze. Got to window got blue raspberry freeze it was done right and was handed a medium rootbeer. I quickly told the lady their was a mistake and I got the wrong thing. So not only did I have to pay extra for the correct item this time apparently I was over charged for it.

Got a blizzard a waited 20 minutes for it to arrive like soup. There is no way it would go upside down and not spill all over the floor! Sorry I didn’t take a picture but trust me when I say they should have handed me a straw!

Waited for the employee to get done talking to a customer with in the 35 to 55 minutes to which in this time customer had also had there drinks handed over and then there food and then to keep talking like there at a sit in restaurant.

I ordered a 6 piece Chicken basket and they only give you one Dipping sauce for 6 pieces of chicken and then you have to pay extra for another 1nI don't think that's right. The blizzards, the size medium is a small. And they charged six bucks for it I think that's ridiculous !!!!

Cold fries then all they did was warm them up in fryer for two minutes. Chicken strips cold... And the workers playing around in back and being loud and yelling at each other... Didn't know this was a playground... Worst dairy queen!!! Bring the old owner back at least her food was hot!!!!
