The Balsam Cafe is magnificent. Amazing breakfast, friendly customer service, and affordable prices. Biscuits and gravy are quite satisfying! The two eggs, hash browns, and toast will hit the spot without hitting yiur wallet hard. Just a great local restaurant in the beautiful Northern Minnesota woods. Be sure to check it out!

Great burger selection!  Friendly servers and atmosphere!  Spilt the Philly sandwich and a patty melt burger..both very tasty!  Added bonus of a gift shop and an attached laundromat for those weekends where you want to catch the breakfast buffet and get your laundry done!
