This Starbucks is located inside the Grand Rapids Target store. The staff are friendly and service oriented. On one occasion recently, I wasn't completely satisfied with my drink. When I told them this, they happily remade the drink to my satisfaction. Lately it's harder and harder to find businesses that put customers first. Although this is just a single anecdote, it seems to suggest that this location has the right stuff.

So why is a coffe joint in a store that opens at 9 a.m.? Seems a little dumb to me, I'm needing my coffee a bit earlier... I've become more of a Caribou person because of the hours. Only complaint however.
