The older flipino lady was not only rude to me but rudetibher employees. Avoid going there. Not worth it.

Kind of pricey, but good food and fast service. I really enjoy their BLT, but I'm sure the bacon is not doing me any good. Still... BACON!

The older Filipino employee was extremely rude to both the customers and her fellow staff. She was yelling the whole time and it was an unpleasant experience overall. Very bad customer service!

If I could give no stars, I would! TWO OF THE RUDEST WOMEN I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! It's not my fault you hate your job/life - have some manners and better customer service! Went once, never going again.

I go here because its convenient to get a bagel in the morning before work. However, the women who work here are the most ignorant/rude individuals I have come across in customer service. Please ladies be kinder and friendlier  - crack a smile every so often

Bad service ever, the staff curse in Filipino in front of customer, don't know how they can still keep that place running with this kind of service

The customer service is terrible here, the lady at the counter is rude.  The bagels are generally good but today I was given a stale one.
