Homemade sausage gravy, biscuits, and fresh patty sausage . Best sausage I've had in a long time. Gravy was not white paste from a can...homemade and we'll seasoned. Biscuits freshly cooked in the waffle iron. Very good.

I'm on vacation in Dillon this week and have eaten here several times. So far everything has been great. The chili dog was perfect and rather large, the huckleberry shake was thick and delicious, and the biscuits and gravy was the best I've had in recent memory. Plus the people are friendly.

Their biscuits and gravey are nothing more than gravey on top of waffles. The service is at a glacier place, and I had to keep telling the waitstaff they were out of coffee. Don't go there thinking you'll be in and out. Our breakfast order for two took a half hour. I will not be returning to The Merc.

Highly recommend stopping in for biscuits and gravy or a breakfast burrito.  Extremely tasty food, very nice people. Will be going back for sure on our next trip through Dillon!
