The Alexandra Writers' Centre Society

This place is filled with creativity. I had an amazing writer Circle today featuring the agent Sam hi Gato. There was also an amazing art show going on at the same time. Beautiful beautiful beautiful.

There's so many great things about this place. It's existence is something to celebrate. If you like to create stories, or poems, or creative nonfiction, you really should try some of their courses and workshops. The teachers are talented and dedicated and will push you in whatever directions you want to grow.

A newbie writer in a new city and I was welcomed with open arms. So friendly and helpful. Look forward to participating in future events

This is an amazing & perhaps little known organization that provides support & guidance for the aspiring & serious writer. So many opportunities for writers of all ages!

They are AWESOME! They Really Care about their Seniors.

I've only participated in a workshop that was 8 weeks long but I had a great time. There was a good mix of writers that were there for different reasons but I got something out of every class and made real progress on my novel. If I lived closer I would be there a lot more!

It such a historical building and a big part of Calgary

Dr. Parker is a family physician in this building. He is really terrific, and so is his staff.
