Fantastic course - First Aid 2 Day in 2016. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and polite. Previous course the same company but a different location and it was also well done.
The course was good but the admin part horrible! They didn’t send an email of confirmation for the course. I sent emails and left messages again and again and nobody came back to me. It seems that once they get the payment they don’t care about the participants.
The instructors are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and care about what they teach.
They do not pay their bills and refuse to return phone calls!
