Théâtre Fairmount

I recently attended a live performance at Théâtre Fairmount featuring Born of Osiris and The Browning, and the show itself was phenomenal—raw energy, great sound, and unforgettable atmosphere. However, the venue’s ventilation left a lot to be desired. It was intensely hot inside, and I found myself sweating excessively throughout the night. For future events, I truly hope the management considers installing industrial-grade fans or adding air conditioning. A cooler environment would make an already great concert experience far more comfortable for everyone.

Nice venue. Not sure if it was the bands we saw, but the vocals were overwhelmed on both acts, not sure if it was mixing or the sound setup or the bands?!. Bigger floor than seating area, so be prepared to dance!

Unfortunately I had a poor experience with the ventilation system of the venue. It was very stuffy and difficult to breathe. Both my partner and I felt sick immediately and I ultimately fainted after 3 songs which has never happened to me. The bouncers were extremely helpful and proactive and also helped another person who had fainted right before me. The acoustics were lovely but I think this is something that needs to be fixed as I’ve been reading reviews of other people having similar experiences.

Coat check is cash only despite bar using tap and pay machines which is dumb. The venue got far to hot and everyone in the crowd was sweating and it smelt horrible. The speaker system itself was good and the show was great but the venues service was poor to say the least

Unusual space that felt like a fighting arena by the way it was set up. It was excellent because the stage was wide so you were basically right up against the stage wherever you stood. Intimate and beautiful experience. Great sound loved Mereba
