I think the scene should have been more elevated for everyone in the back on the floor to see better. The view wasnt great and I was just in the middle of the floor. Great place but scene almost same height as the people on the floor. 70$ and barely able too see something wasn't what was I expected :/
Cool venue! Getting inside was smooth and quick. Plenty of security, so felt safe. The balcony has seats and the air was moving! It felt so good given how hot it was outside. Now, I did go downstairs later, and that was HOT. Staff at the bar was quick and friendly. No line even in prime time. Bathroom had plenty of stalls. Didn't have to wait there either. Venue is small enough that all views are good views. Great experience!
I attended a recent comedy show at L’Olympia Michael McIntyre. The show itself was great, the venue is spacious, very pretty and clean; the seating is ok seats could be a little wider and the view from the balcony is satisfactory. The issue was that the comedian’s voice did not carry well to the balcony where we were seated so we strained to hear I presume the audio is the responsibility of the venue… disappointed.
One of my favourite venues in the city. Located in the Gay Village, this place is part of Montreal history and is almost 100 years old. An intimate setting to see some of your favourite music or theatre performances.
If you’re accepting cash only for bagcheck in 2024 your business deserves to fail. Sound system pretty terrible for rap here as the bass is severely underpowered for the size of the space. $5 water insane when you don’t properly cool your mosh pit. Staff are really nice though just seems that management is the problem.
