Had an amazing dining experience. Meat was cooked to perfection. Although it was crowded, the staff was running like a well oiled machine. They were friendly and right on top of everything.

This place is always delicious! Had a rough server a time or two, but the great has always weighted the bad! I love their Cactus Blossom appetizer, and the road kill or ft. Worth ribeye. They have super great biscuits and butter, and all the sides are pretty great too! I always suggest calling ahead for dinner because it does get busy, but this place is good anytime! I'd suggest it to anyone! Also there isn't reservations its a join a waitlist. So at dinner rush be mindful there might be a wait. But so worth it!
I love Texas Roadhouse and we used to come to this location about once a month. But the last year or so it has gotten super hit and miss and I think I'm done with this location. I like my steak medium and these guys used to nail it every single time. Lately at least half the time it comes very rare. Mostly red inside. Medium should be mostly pink with maybe a little bit of red in the middle. Sending it back is totally pointless. They cook the same steak more and pulverize it. I end up with well done steak. If I get it medium rare I'll eat it, but full rare is too much for me. This time I just cut it in half, boxed it up and I'm taking it home to try to salvage it. I won't be back for a while. They also currently have a lot of new untrained staff. We never got any refills, didn't get many of the things we asked for or are normally given etc. That doesn't bother me so much, everyone has to be new some time, but a bit of supervision and support for the new servers would go a long way.
We were able to get right in since we decided to set at the bar. The normal wait was about 20 minutes. Our waitress was very polite and helpful. We decided to order the prime rib with our drinks. Was cooked amazing with great flavor. The Margaritas were delicious, and our waitress gave us an extra shot in them. We love visiting here since it was where we had our first date all those years ago.
Overall an amazing time. The drinks have a good variety and the food likewise. Every dish we have had has incredible depth of flavor, whether it is the more budget friendly $12 entree options of the pricier cuts of meat. Handmade rolls with cinnamon sugar butter is a great start to each meal.Food: 5/5

Nice environment with decent food. They do an awesome veterans deal every year which gives you a 6 oz steak and drink for free. It is kind of a loud place to go so if you're a veteran like myself with tinnitus get ready for your ears to ring as they sing happy happy birthday songs at 186 decibels.
