The food here was okay and reasonably priced. It was a little dirty, and our waiter we appreciate the smile, but please brush your teeth was a little bit sloppy. The table was still sticky after it had been wiped off. Then, we had to ask for silverware, straws, and dressing for our salad. I'm a return customer, and the waiter/waitress makes a big difference to the overall experience!
Since it was Veteran's Day, it was quite busymany good deals if you are military. The food was great, the pancakes so fluffy and the eggs done just how I like them. Our server, Autumn, was fabulous, very attentive, pleasant and polite.Food: 5/5
It took 10 minutes to be seated. The manager then seated us and got our drinks. We waited 20 minutes and noone came by our table. Then we saw other people who came in after us place their orders. We finally flagged down the manager and asked to just pay for our drinks as we were going to leave. He said never mind and walked off. Not even a sorry for the wait.
While the food wasn't bad, the service was hindered by a lack of staff. With only one person waiting tables, they were very nice but unable to attend to everyone's needs in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the understaffing also meant that the restaurant wasn't clean, as they couldn't get to cleaning with so much else to do. However, if you can overlook these issues, the food is actually quite decent.
They were busy and appears that there was hostess was always the waitress. Bad thing when you are in a hurry. This location seemed to be pretty clean and everything was in order. The waitress did the best that she could and we will be back.Food: 4/5
This is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever been in. With half the tables empty and clean, we waited 30 minutes to be seated. The waitress acted like she was overworked...and had only three tables. She complained behind the counter about how stressed she was with the work. Food was good when we finally got it.
I enjoyed my meal but hadn't been in awhile. Use to be better but still pretty good and decently priced. Definitely will visit again. I had the California Club with fries.Food: 4/5

I never had a problem with coming here till today. A bunch of the workers were on their phone or just standing and talking. It took over 25 minutes for our food to come out it wasn't even busy. My bf ran out of water and the waiter looked at it and walked the other way. One of the workers kept going and sitting down to talk to her friends! The only person o saw actually working was the guy! So props to his!
Went today on New Years Eve and the location was very quiet. The waitress seated us immediately and asked if we preferred a booth or table. She was friendly but not overbearing. They have Pepsi products. Our order was taken quickly, food was made quickly, and our drinks were quick to come first. Waitress was attentive and thorough and refilled drinks multiple times. The location looks a little older and weathered. It’s not dirty but just looks like a classic iHOP.
