Unique concept...executed poorly. For a higher end specialty eatery, Texas de Brazil was disappointing. While the service was excellent thank you Savanah, almost every other aspect was underwhelming. The food was decent, but the meat was not served NEARLY often enough. The salad bar area was not kept stocked properly with fast moving items. We waited for over 10 minutes with empty plates for our favorite meats to arrive. Had the potential to be a special experience, but with so much competition, Texas de Brazil fell WAY short of expectations.
It was good. We had a good time. But when you go to this kind of place food should be top notch. I was actually surprised how much stuff came out well done or over cooked. Had to specifically request the rib eye be medium rare. All in all of you've never been to a Brazilian steakhouse you gotta check it out for the experience but of the several I've been to I put this near bottom of the list.
A unique dining experience. It met the, all you can eat style expectations. The meat was delicious and varied. There is a vegetarian option and salad bar available as well.
Delicious meats and sides. Pricey but the quality of beef is good. Chicken tends to come out dry and they stopped serving chicken hearts. Service was exemplary. Only four starts because I feel this is a very pricey meal for what you end up getting. Additionally the meat tends to heavily salted.
Elegant, delicious and beautiful decor. 2nd time there and will definitely go again. You name it they serve it. Filet Mignon, bacon wrapped chicken or beef, ribs, salad bar with everything. I cannot speak higher about this place. Great food drinks and atmosphere. It’s pricy but we’ll worth it.
Went on new year's eve to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our main waiter did an amazing job. He was friendly, polite, and made great suggestions. He made the experience wonderful for us. The pitcher of sangria was the perfecf balance of flavors & we both really enjoyed it. I think it was roughly $55 for the pitcher but we got 6 total glasses out of it. While alot of the steak was more well done than my personal liking, compared to fogo de chao I liked the more variety of meat. Alot more pork and chicken options.
Staff was not friendly and dropped our food two different times on the table. All we wanted was the beef ribs after a long wait it finally came to the table. Worst beef rib I’ve ever had it was like chewing leather. Happy Hour drinks are filled with more ice than anything. Never again
The family went on Easter Sunday. My 16 year old that doesn't eat a lot always amazes us on the amount of meat and salad he eats here. He wants to try everything. The salad bar is always loaded with delectable items. Brittney our server was the BEST. She was attentive and patient. I was disappointed when I went up for Lobster bisque three times and it was out. I asked Brittney about it and she asked the chef. The manager came out and explained there was an unforeseen issue not of their making but more was being made but it takes two hours to make. We understood and to our surprise they comped us desert which we took home because we were filled to the gills after the meal. We not only enjoyed the visit, but did so for a few days to come. The experience was great and the food exceptional. Well worth the money.
Went there for the first time and was doing a happy dance the whole time. The options on the "Salad" bar go so well with all the delicious and perfectly cooked meats that are offered. They kept coming with options and we tried them all. So fun and so delicious.
Before hand, they had called to confirm our reservation and ask if we were celebrating an anniversary or birthday and I told them a birthday. When we arrived, they asked which one of us it was and I pointed to the excited birthday girl. For the food, the salad bar offered the best options as far as flavors are concerned, for the meat, it was either rare or well done, none in between. The drinks were good, a bit pricey for anything other than bottom shelf liquors but that is to be expected. Ad the night went on, I was expecting someone to come out and bring whatever birthday dessert it was to the lady of the evening but that never happened. On my way out I mentioned it to the hostess and she said "if you tell us before hand we can bring them a dessert to the table" I told her that I did inform them earlier and it was her that asked who's birthday it was. She said "oh, I can see if maybe we can put a dessert in a to go box" I told them not to bother. The point of it is to bring the conversation back to the person who is having their special day. I left with $600 less dollars and a feeling like I just ate at Applebee's.
