Everything was fresh and delicious! The smoked eggplant was so smoky and creamy. The falafels were crispy and fluffy on the inside. The bread and toppings were fresh! Things are made to order. I saw them roasting more eggplants too. The coffee with cardamom was strong, so definitely give it a try if you like strong coffee. The grounds are in the cup, so you'll get some grounds with your sips at first. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
Had the Sheed sandwich which was super fresh. The bread was nice and soft not at all dry or stale, the veggies were fresh and there wasn't too much sauce/condiments. The fries were also very nice and crispy.
Not for nothing they have the best falafel in town. I found this hidden gem walking around and we decided to try because of the pavement sign they have where you can read "BEST FALAFEL IN TOWN" and what a wonderful experience we had. The staff were so charming and warm people you can notice they are happy with your presence, and the food I give a special attention for the incredible taste and mix of flavors. I'm for sure looking to come back again, very recommended
Excellent services. Innovative selection combining authentic and traditional Middle Eastern cuisine .Come hungry ! Generous portions.Highly recommended for veggie / vegan and meat lovers.
The food here was excellent and the two guys that run the place are so friendly. The food was fresh and you could tell was cooked minutes before serving. The falafels were crispy just the way I like it and the Shawarma was packed with flavor. If you are looking for some really good Mediterranean food, I highly recommend this place. I will be coming back if I am ever in Montreal again :
Very tasty, the falafel was perfect, and the two wraps we had one with dark meat chicken and the other with eggplant were both delicious! We also had a great time speaking with the chef while we waited for our food :
Next level pita sandwich. I've eaten a lot of pita and this one is something else. So much details in the flavors. Excellent falafel salad and sweet potato fries. Wow.Food: 5/5
YOU GOTTA EAT HERE! Be sure to not overlook/make a stop at this gem, located a stone's throw up from Mt Royal, on Papineau beside La Tulipe open after bar hours on weekends & across the street from Zero Gravity. Definitely a welcome and wonderful missing addition to the neighbourhood, offering up fresh and satisfying falafel, smooth and creamy hummus, fluffy pita, perfectly crisp french fries, balanced tasty chile sauce… delicious and made in-house, prepared and delivered with a smile you could feel beyond the masks! I had a take-away of a generously* sized falafel pita *i.e. Heavy! I saved half of my lunch sandwich for later!, but they do have a nice eat-in counter also available. Best of luck to this place, I will be back!
What a great new find! The food was delicious & the service was just as good. The two gentlemen behind the counter were so friendly and we felt very welcome. Thank you so much & we will be back.
Excellent food! I split my time between Israel and North America, and the falafel and hummus were definitely the best I've had outside of Israel, and even if it were within Israel, would rank among the best. Really, really good. Highly recommended! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.
