Terrytown Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I called for two specific reasons. The good thing is they were able to come out in a reasonable time. The bad thing is, the guy left without doing either of them (first he got lost because he had my address wrong, and asked neighbors. There are only 3 houses on my road). I only got the two things partially fixed because I called him to ask if he was there, and he'd left without doing any of it. I asked him to go back and do them, and two or three times for him to do what I told the woman who'd answered the phone what the problems were. Well, they still weren't done right. Now more problems. Not only that but the bill was exorbitant!! There are nothing but inept plumbers in Portage. Too bad my excellent plumber went elsewhere!!
