Residential Plumbing Heating and Cooling

After a negative experience with another company in Kalamazoo we called Residential to complete our A/C repair and from the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, and they got us set up with an appointment asap. Within 45 minutes of arriving the leak was detected, repaired and the rest of the unit was checked out to be sure there were no other problems. This was the best possible experience!

Just had a great experience with Residential plumbing. Shower handle broke. I had to shut off water main, then off to work. I called or emailed 4 local plumbing companies. Residential was the only that responded. Sandy was very helpful. She scheduled Mike to visit the same day I broke the handle. Mike was great. He creatively figured out how to salvage bits from the existing handle mechanism, fished them out of a wall without cutting into the drywall, and made the necessary repairs. He literally ran from the bathroom to his service vehicle when he needed additional tools. He was extremely courteous and quick. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
