My case was little bit complicated for my husband’s trv from outside canada. I emailed terry beech’s office. They were very quick in response and assigned Chantal to handle my case. I explained her everything on email and called couple of times and rest she did. Very helpful and cooperative. Great service!!!

We, as a group of tenants, sent him e-mail hoping to get some support in resolving some issue in our appartment building never get respond from him. No respect at all.
