My family and I are absolutely pleased with Lions Court Apartments. It’s affordable, maintenance is excellent and timely and the office staff are friendly. We’ve been able to make this home. I would definitely recommend Lion’s Court if you’re looking for an affordable rental in Wichita Falls.
We have only been there about three weeks. The staff especially Jessica was very helpful with getting us approved and getting us in a timely manner. The apartments are very spacious. I ike that it's a gated community. We had a few maintenance issues when we first moved in and those were handled in a very timely manner.. I would definitely recommend the lions court.
Moving in everyone was nice. My apartment has nice counters and faucets. I like the location mostly cause it's not directly in town. The maintenance team response quickly and that's really nice. I would recommend checking them out.
Me and my fiancé have been living here for about two weeks now and we love it. Nice spacious apartment, washer and dryer included if you need, nice kitchen with dishwasher and fridge included. Quiet gated area. Friendly neighbors. Super friendly and great staff!!
Lions court is a nice little place to live. They get things fixed within a day. The office is very informative. The professionalism shown when they answer the phone is top notch. Even more so in person. It's kept clean. If I could change one thing, it would be absolutely nothing.
I moved in recently and have been very happy. The floors are nice and having a washer and dryer in unit is great. Staff members have been friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. I really like that the grounds are well kept and that's it's gated. I would definitely recommend Lions Court apartments.
I’ve lived here for 3 yrs and I love it. The management is soo sweet and have always been concerned about my well being. They are quick to resolve if any problems that may occur. If you’re looking for a quiet, friendly apartment complex I highly recommend Lions Court
I have really enjoyed my whole experience here so far! From getting approved, to signing paperwork, to getting our keys it was all super easy and a great job to the staff in the office! Really cute decorations for the holidays, it made me feel cozy and comfortable.
I'm very happy with how the front office was able to get us in so quick, how quiet and friendly the community is. I love the fact that it's gated, which makes it safer for tenants. I have talked to several people about lion's court, which has made them very interested in taking a look. I feel my wife and I made a good choice.
My boyfriend and I just moved in this past weekend and we are extremely happy with the apartment and the people that work here They handle any issues extremely quickly and very professionally. It’s very quiet and peaceful.
