I love stopping in to the Post Falls location here. They have always carefully listened to, and make my sometimes specific request. They are just on the ball. I have only had one experience where the coffee was very bitter for some reason. It was a one-off day for sure. I let them know, they comped the coffee and gave me another free. Exactly how businesses should handle that kind of situation. I was very impressed. And it's that kind of service that has kept me coming back.

It is not often I give 5 stars. I usually have something to complain about. Not here. From the moment we walked in, beautiful images adorn the walls, and the staff understands what "customer service" means. Its clear they enjoy what they do and it shows in the quality of their products. Well done Terre crew!

Love Terre!!! The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, the staff is so friendly, and the coffee and bakery treats are delicious!!!!! We are hooked!!!

This is the Best place in Post Falls for dates and fun talks with my hubby and a cup of my favorite coffee :) Always treated with warmth, friendliness and smiles. Free wi-fi, lots of seating, great coffee, muffins and cookies :)

Hands down our favorite Coffee place!!! They bake their Cinnamon rolls from scratch along with their bagels.Service is super friendly and prices are in line with general coffee shops. Ask for them to warm the cinnamon roll is a must!!!
