Strange that vast majority of reviews were written exactly 7 months ago and they all rate 5 stars. Hmm.
Terraces on 7th is an amazing community. The residents and staff are all very friendly. There always seems to be something for the residents to participate in. The front desk staff are very welcoming when entering the building. I highly recommend coming and checking them out
All the residents and staff are extremely nice and thoughtful! There are array of recreational activities and planned events. Overall it's just a wonderful community to be a part of!
My prime reason for loving Terraces is the location. It is close to Granville Island, I love walking nearby, I get along well with everyone, there is a good mix of people.
The staff are nice, friendly. They really listen to my needs. There is lots of planned activities. I still feel independent.
It's good, nice and clean. The staff is all good. Terraces is lovely.
