Terrace Totem Ford

Everything was good. Brought my car in on warranty. Canadian tire found the problem when I brought it there for an oil change. I tried to get it done at quick lane but unfortunately on a Saturday they only have one person working. I found that part frustrating. All in all this experience was Good.

They were very pleasant very helpful my wife locked keys in our truck in town had spare set out at the lake 22km away dealer had my car so one of the sales personlent me a truck to goand get spare keys i thought that was very nice of sales dept to do that again thank you for this service all was done and more so very happy with the service dept thanks have great day

Great customer service and always greeted with a smile. Rebecca and Robbie will go out way to make sure the customer was satisfied with the quality serive that was provided. Great Job Terrace Totem.

Had some trouble when I bought my truck. An oversight on a part that wasn't ordered. The staff was great when the error was discovered and got it sorted asap. Thanks Kyle and everyone at Terrace Totem Ford
