This place is absolutely peaceful. You get a very cozy cabin and a incredibly gorgeous mountain view just a few kilometers from Jasper. You hear nothing but wind, birds and the river. Upside: All cabins have a great view, spacious wooden cabins, easy walks on the river. No WiFi/mobile network in the rooms.. Downside: Reception closes at 4, No food and drink options at the property, so keep backup options.
I stayed here for one night. The cottage is really beautiful and well maintained. They do not have any kind of service available after 4. I had to struggle finding my key for the room. Wish they would have emailed me to find my key. Also, the wifi did not reach our room and we had to cell service too. The beds were very squeaky, but comfortable. The view was good from the cabin. It was almost worth the price I paid for my stay.
Beautiful remote quiet resort if you want a get away to the mountains this ranch is full of wonderful staff. Tones of fishing and hiking and horses. Come view the sunrise and sunsets and breathtaking mountain views. Cabins are clean and renovated. Fire pits and romantic getaway packages. Great for couples and Families and singles.
A pretty, laid back, remote ranch with glorious views of the Rockies. There's lots of advisories and requests in the cabins and we had to ask for a pile of kitchen stuff to be replaced or supplied. Everyone was quite happy to oblige our requests. A large games room with almost endless DVDs, and an outside deck to relax on. Not a bad spot to hang out and relax for a while
Not bad. I stayed here while visiting Jasper 6 months ago. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. Only problem it is extremely inconvenient to go to Jasper, as they are in different time zones. Good luck!
This place is absolutely peaceful. You hear nothing but wind, birds and the water crossing by the river. You get a very cozy cabin and a incredibly gorgeous mountain view just a few kilometers from Jasper. Totally staying there again, so should you
Terracana Ranch Resort is a beautiful assortment of cabins on an embankment over the Fraser River. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the using the small kitchen to make supper and liked the bathroom being seperately from the shower / bath tub room. The units are a bit outdated, and the walls have a few marks and signs of age and use, but the units are clean and smell pleasant. The staff was outstanding. Our dog was frightened by a shot of lightning and took off down the road and out onto the highway and two groups of staff jumped onto ATVs and helped us chase her down. Well above and beyond what we could have asked. We will certainly return here and we highly recommend it.
The place is beautiful and peaceful, far from all of the city noises . Cabins and everything inside them are very old but clean. They have very well maintained sports and gaming area, live performance stage and ... really there are alot to do there. It’s 25-30 min to Valemount and the same distance to mt. Robson. The only reason I am not giving 4 to this place is that there is no internet or cell service in cabins and you just can get them in main office although I know a lot of people want to unplug and like this feature , not me.
The customer service at the Ranch was exceptional. Simply put they go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. This was a big plus for us especially being unfamiliar with the area. Canadian hospitality is a thing!Service: 5/5
Charming timber houses and a lot of space - our kids loved the place. It is a good starting point to go hiking at Mount Robson Park. BBQ is great, the kitchenette could be improved with some more flatware. In summer, you will need a moskito repellent - you can buy some from the friendly staff at the reception.
