Terra was a amazing to work with! I had an offer on my townhouse in less than 24 hours and she walked me through all of the options as I decided how I wanted to proceed. She was available around my crazy schedule and even ensured the lines of communication were open when I was out of the country when the sale closed. She arranged for contractors to come in and address the buyers concerns and I always felt she was looking out for me. She is honest, approachable and has a great sense of humour - very enjoyable to work with. She went above and beyond to make things go smoothly, which helped to reduce the stress of selling my home. I would highly recommend Terra for all your real estate needs!
Can't even begin to express the amount of gratitude I have towards Terra. Not only did she help me get into buying my first home but with life changes I ended up selling my home and she made it incredibly seamless. There are so many things that can be stressful when it comes to the sale of your own home but she finds a way to alleviate and help you through any pain points and assure that everything will work out, which is exactly what happened. lt was great to work with Terra. She is professional, pleasant, honest, and always available. Very prompt to respond and kept us abreast right throughout the process. As a first time homeowner and newcomer, she made the process stress free, and she was a great resource for recommendations. She tailored the listings considering our needs and in a reasonable time, was able to find us a home that is well suited for us. Without doubt, I would highly recommend her!

Words can't describe our experience with Terra, as a first time house buyer we were simply blessed to have her by our side, we had no clue what to look for, she guided us on minutest of the details. She was very patient with us and we saw almost 15+ houses with her, we would just get floored by whatever we would see and tell her let's buy this and she would tell us "No - this is not right priced / has xyz issue etc". She was in no way rushing / pushing the sale and getting us the right house was her primary goal. We can't thank her enough.
