Friendly staff which gave lots of advices to choose the right hiking trail according to your preferences. Goowiddy trail located right next to the visitor's centre was short and worth it for hikers just passing by the park. It goes through a variety of landscapes from coastal area to young forests recovering from wild fires years ago.

The Touch Tank is the highlight where the water is kept at a constant 3 degrees C and houses mussels, clams, starfish, oysters, sea urchins, etc. - available for all to touch. Park staff are helpful and informative.

Don't skip. This is a great place if you have kids or want to learn about the area. They have a hands on touch tank that have a variety of local underwater wildlife. Our kids could not stop even though the water was frigid. They also have a one of a kind golden lobster! This place also has a great cafe which had awesome desserts and clean bathrooms.

Touch tank, whale skeleton, jelly fish, and so much to explore in this little get away off the highway. I do recommend this if you are in the area or driving by stop and relax by picking up some starfish and crabs, if you have time to catch a whale watching tour you should because I never got to. 😢
