The helper in the store were very polite and helpful. They have very good knowledge about racket, strings, shoes, and other accessories . If anyone love to own badminton , tennis , squash, table tennis related and other sports accessories. I recommend to visit this store, for those who need assistance.
I bought a pair of Head Tennis shoes during Holidays and it has yet not arrived. It has been more than 21 days and when asked to cancel/refund my money there has been no response from them. Horrible Experience ** update** Tenniszon reached out after investigating the problem and offered to send the pair through another carrier, which was delivered. Changed the review to 4 star for their follow up and their interest in customer grievance but took away one star for the problems I faced.
I went there for badminton accessories. The staffs are friendly, polite, and have great knowledge.
I ordered some things online. They shipped about 2 hours later, amazing service and the prices can't be beat!
First time ordering online from Tenniszon. I didn't know of this store prior to ordering online as I live in Toronto. I decided to give it a try and placed an order for a badminton racket, shoes and grips during the boxing day sales week and well I didnt regret it at all! Customer service and the response time are impeccable. I sent them an email to ask about my order shipment tracking# and within the next hour, someone replied and assisted me. Not to mention the delivery was amazingly fast considering the holiday season. My order arrived, especially the racket was neatly packed inside the badminton case and with bubble wrap as well to ensure it doesn't get damaged during the shipment! I'm very impressed with the level of service and the quality of products received. Will definitely order badminton stuff again from them next time Highly recommended vendor!!! Thank you Tenniszon!!!
I placed the order online on Tuesday and received the racquet on Thursday. Great service
Bought June 20th a pair of Adidas’s tennis shoes but it hurts the front part of my feet so badly, even can’t walk, staff helps to send back to the manufacturer and switch to a new pair of ASICS, great service, friendly staff, worth getting the what you need here!
From the outside I thought this place was huge. It's not. I was looking for a tennis racquet for my toddler and they didn't have anything suitable. Not much variety even for adults
their price is really good but the service. not really good
