Walked in, wanted the new 12 Pro and got it with ZERO stress. As a long time Bell customer I was impressed with what services they offered. I was also impressed at how well educated the associate was with not only Telus, but their knowledge on the phone! Would not hesitate to go back.
They have helped me with the unusual issue with my internet. Good job
The only person willing to help me was the In Training employee. When I came back and he wasn’t there, they asked me to wait in the empty store for him to come back, instead of them just helping me themselves..
Absolutely terrible, waited 40 minutes to get a faulty sim card replaced. Avoid at all cost, avoid Telus at all cost!

Exceptionally slow service. Like almost joke worthy. Hopefully the download speed of their home WiFi is faster

I recently was at this location and witnessed a Sales Rep shouting “Do it yourself!” at his in training employee asking him a question. It was very shocking to witness.
Failing to find a Corporate Office to enable a review for Consumer Telecom, I chose this location. Telus continues to have horribly long waits on the phone or even chat for customer service and continues to 'surprise' customers with undiscussed end caps on promotional deal. Not even close to Shaw's customer service.
No acknowledgement. No one approached us to answer any questions.
