Very friendly staff over at Park Royal. Had a really great experience with Earlon, he helped me figure out options for me and my family for upgrading to the new iPhone 12's and starting a family plan. I will definitely come back for our next upgrade. Thanks for the amazing deals, great customer service and for being COVID safe.

I went to the Rogers store at Park Royal to get some technical advise. Earlon was extremely helpful and I was very impressed on how he went above and beyond to help me with a complicated iPhone issue.
