Ted is the best massage therapist I’ve seen. I’ve experienced increased range of motion and decreased pain after just a few appointments. Ted is extremely knowledgeable and interested in figuring out what the root cause of your pain/tension is and then providing solutions.

Ted is the best! Incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, personable - I went to him again recently after an injury. His treatments as well as advice for healing exercises have been totally on point. Highly recommend him!

Extremely professional, and an expert in massage. Love how communicative he is. Always gives tips for after treatment and exercises that will help address problems long term. Best massage in Toronto hands down.
