Decent physio. The critique about them leaving you alone for a while is true, but I didn’t mind too much as long as you ensure you have the time and get the attention of the assistants. More affordable and accessible in comparison to other clinics I’ve been to.
I have been a patient for many years. Luis and his staff have always been kind, attentive and professional. With several chronic pain conditions, my back being the worst, Luis always got me functioning one more week and always with great conversation!.I am suffering for not being back recently but the pandemic and personal circumstances make it difficult to get downtown at the moment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone: dancer, athlete or old lady!
Came here with knee pain - could barely walk. The treatments heat, acupuncture, ultrasound ?, excersize regime helped it heal noticeably faster! I really like the acupuncture portion.
Dr Luis saved me from severe Achilles tendinitis. I had seen a few other therapists first, and one even told me that I would never run again in my life. Literally 3 months after I saw Dr Luis, I ran a full marathon race all pain-free, and even just missed qualifying for Boston!!! Forever grateful.
Got a bad ankle sprain after falling downstairs, my foot was swollen and had soft tissue injuries. Luis and his team made the right assessment, treated me with water pressure, ultrasound, acupuncture, electro-stimulation and gave me exercises to do at home. 2 weeks into it and I'm feeling way better, most of the pain is gone and feel more confident walking and doing light excercise. Highly recommend
My first appointment here. Spoke to the Physio for about 2 minutes not sure why I am paying extra for the initial. Then I was pretty much left in a room all alone for 55 minutes, having people come in and out . Little to no care. No connection made between the physiotherapist and me. There was several other patients he was attending to simultaneously. Also, they were about 20 minutes late in taking me in. I am never going back and do not recommend this place. It is extremely tight, you are a number, and you are left alone the majority of time.
Luis.. is incredibly knowledgeable and gets me back on my feet everytime ..in record time.
Over the past few years, I have had several sports-related injuries. Luis is great at identifying and treating the problem and then putting together a plan to treat and recover. Happy to say that my time on the sidelines has been minimized thanks to Luis and his team.
If I did not have the displeasure of trying other places disgracefully calling themselves "physiotherapist" I may not have been able to appreciate the outstanding services I received at Bloor Bathurst physiotherapy for my back pains. Luis is at the top of his game and very professional, his staffs are courteous, helpful and friendly, and God bless the day I found them to help me when I was in so much pain. I am so much better now and so grateful that I will proudly recommend them to anyone in great pain...For V.M. 66 years old.
My wife and I love Luis and his team. We have been regulars for the last 10 years and have recommended their services to all our friends and family. Keep up the great work Luis!!!!!!
