Good flavourfull bubble tea. Only Milk tea can be got ah hot beverage. Cozy place to sit and work , has few free board games if you wanted to spend some time. No parking of their own, have to park on either side on municipal parking lots.

This place is amazing that offers oak milk or soy milk options for those who are lactose. The hokaido bubble tea is definitely what I recommend to try

Very nice, quiet cafe. Staff has always been friendly and quick. Only reason it lost a star was because it doesn't have popping boba >: sadly didn't get a chance to try the taiyaki but my one friend said it was good.

Love this place! Been coming for a while. Lots of flavours you can't find anywhere else. Definitely one of my favourite spots in town!

Yes they are so gooood!! I ordered bubble tea with no sugar, and it tastes still delicious I like the tiramisu cake btw. Not too sweet for me.

I live in Toronto and stopped by Teavolution while visiting friends in London. BEST BUBBLE TEA I have ever tried before. I tried all bobba shops in Toronto and now all I can think about is driving 2 hours back to London to get my hands on the Lavender milk tea again
