Sean and everyone at Team Broady are excellent. They are very professional and true leaders in their industry. They are customer focused put their clients needs first. Sean and his team sold our home in 6 days and at our listing price. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are buying or selling your home.

I recently listed my condo with the help of Desiree. From the get-go I had a hunch she would we be the best one for the job. Her up beat personality and motivation to succeed was clear and as such she sold the condo within a few weeks! Immediately after listing visits we're flying in and within weeks we had numerous prospects with the sale finalised less then a month later. I plan to stay in touch for future opportunities as I don't imagine anyone else can get the job done better!

Mark sold our home in half the time properties usually spend on the market in my area. It was a unique home that wouldn't necessarily appeal to everyone, but Mark did a fantastic job of maximizing its appeal to a very niche-market. He looked out for our interests every step of the way, with advice and encouragement (lots of encouragement...!), and we couldn't ask for a better result.
