I would like to take the time to thank Jean Yves Chicoine, he went above and beyond our expectations, he helped us purchase our first home and we couldn't be happier. Worked with Derek Palma.
Great experience and he was there all the way, day and/or night when I had questions and worries. He was there to reassure me about the process and the steps to take. Very involved and hands on during the process.
Definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a smooth selling during the buy or sell of a property.
