TD Visa Infinite Credit Card Lounge

Great lounge with cookies, coffee, infused water, green apples, and comfortable seating while waiting for your train. I wish the hours were extended as it is closed most times when I finish work. Also wish they had more food options than cookies and apples, hot oatmeal would go a long way or any hot food. Concierge is amazing and helpful!

The staff here give this place a warm and cozy vibe. They even know some regular visitors by name and can make just about anyone laugh. The convenience of this place is so easy to take for granted, that no one who has a pleasant stay thinks of reviewing it. I'm very grateful to frequent through!

I would have wrote a review - if I could have actually used the lounge. Back in the day this was a very convenient pit-stop for commuters with a TD Visa Infinite Card, however it shut down during the pandemic ~March 2020. Obviously 2020-2021 were very hard years for the majority of the world, but now, approaching the end of 2022, this lounge is STILL closed! This is unacceptable. Not only have ALL of the food options in Union Station re-opened, but new businesses have also opened and blossomed ie. cosmetic stores, pharmacies, restauraunts all within Union Station. Social distancing is not around, either are mask mandates, so why can't this lounge re-open? Until it does, its a major inconvenience for alot of customers who got that credit card specifically for lounge access.

Not open on weekends… because nobody with a TD travel card would ever travel on a weekend, right?
