You can't get through to them and I pay over $800 per month for car and home insurance when we don't drive our car nor leave our home!!!!! What a rip off. Can you imagine how an insurance company can take advantage of a pandemic to increase their bottom line. This is amazing.

This is an ATM only and doesn’t even accept deposits. Super inconvenient and misleading since they have a huge sign out front that makes it seem like an actual branch.

I’ve been waiting on the phone for 57 minutes to ask a simple question. At least with RBC they let you know the wait times and sometimes even give you the option to have them call you back. This is terrible service.

This shows up when you search for TD Bank, but after parking and walking in there is no bank, only an insurance office. Google map should say TD Insurance not Bank. ATM is available but does not accept deposits.

TERRIBLE customer service DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE they lied to me several times, ended up paying extra fees for no reason and NO ONE apologize or refunded me the money lost. I have been with them for over 4 years and come to realize all the care about is taking your money.
